Laura Warren
Breath work and Nutrition coach
Laura is a clinical nutritionist combining the latest scientific functional health testing with holistic health practices.
She strives to empower people to focus on a simple and mindful approach to health with lifestyle changes that are fun and easy to implement for the long term. After seeing how much of a positive impact breath work has on mental state, athletic performance and overall health, it inspired her to train as a breathwork facilitator. She is now a Level 2 Wim Hof Method Instructor, XPTlife and @oxygenadvantage instructor.
We are excited to have her on board sharing her knowledge with you all!

Aaron Cartwright
Mindset and Performance Coach
Aaron Cartwright is a coach who spent the majority of his life suffering with debilitating anxiety.
After many failed attempts & spending $50,000+ trying to heal his anxiety, he found what works & what doesn’t work in both sports performance and in life.
He now specialises in guiding people through their own anxiety & breaking free from its control. He’s looking forward to teaching you what he wishes he had learnt while he was growing up!

Stretching & Recovery coach
Anna is a personal trainer and gymnastics coach, competing at National and International events throughout her junior years.
She is excited to be helping our athletes in our members hub with their recovery and flexibility. A focus on stretching contributes to better joint mobility and the avoidance of injuries which is so important to integrate into your training program.

Erica Prescott
Personal Trainer & Holistic Wellness coach
Erica has had 20 years of experience in the fitness industry as a trainer and has experienced the other side of the equation as an elite level athlete, competing in Athletics and Rugby.
Her passion is encouraging people to increase their self worth and holistic health through the three pillars of fitness, nutrition and mindset.
Having to navigate chronic illness as an athlete, Erica is really attuned to addressing wellness in a holistic manner so you can get the best out of yourself whilst supporting your body, whatever you are wanting to achieve.
Her fitness sessions are engaging and interactive - she looks forward to meeting you online and working with you to achieve your goals!
